Who we are

Hogline Apparel sells curling inspired clothing and merchandise to customers in Canada through this website.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Made to order products

Our products are produced on demand by our print partner. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product. Please see our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy for details on production, delivery, returns and refunds.

Artwork and intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Hogline Apparel or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Hogline Apparel is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any curling association, club, event or athlete.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hogline Apparel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
